Our official distributor for Portugal, Brade Unipessoal Lda, recently completed a project of particular complexity and technical value, which involved the installation of 24 Signum 75W projectors with 90mm optics to delineate a storage and loading area.

The projectors, specifically designed for safety markings in industrial environments, were used to project high-visibility white lines, tracing on the floor a customized layout that faithfully reproduces the outline and dimensions of the pallets used in the production site. The layout was custom-designed through precise sizing calculations to ensure that each delineated space corresponded exactly to the footprint of the materials to be stored or handled.

From a technical point of view, the project presented many challenges: due to structural and logistical requirements, the projectors were installed at different heights, requiring a careful optical study phase to maintain uniformity and precision of projections over the entire area involved. Thanks to the flexibility of the Signum system and collaboration with our technical team, it was possible to achieve a result of extreme precision and reliability.

This solution has proven particularly effective in contexts where load sizing is a critical element of logistics and manufacturing management. Indeed, creating a visually defined loading zone facilitates the organization of space and operations, reduces the margin of error in handling, and increases safety in high-density operating environments.

Unlike traditional paint or tape signage, the Goboservice projection system is wear-free, always visible even in the presence of dust or moisture, and guarantees a long service life without the need for periodic maintenance or restoration.
